METHOD FOR PARTIAL COMBINATION OF WATER-PROOF FILM AND NON-WOVEN FABRIC USEFUL FOR DIAPER WITH AIR-VENTILATION AND NON-AIR VENTILATION

PURPOSE: Provided is a method for combining both of water-proof film and non-woven fabric useful for infant diaper with air-ventilation and non-air ventilation properties without using alternative adhesive or hot melt materials. CONSTITUTION: The method is executed by an apparatus comprising OFF-LINE combination line; a thermal adhesion roll containing a rubber roll(5) and an embossing roll(6); a non-woven fabric(1) supplying roll(9); a shaft(8) for supplying non-woven fabric; and another shaft(4) for supporting a water-proof film roll(3) to supply water-proof film(2). The method comprises steps of preparing the non-woven fabric roll(9) and the water-proof film roll; arranging at least two alignments of the film roll onto the shaft(4); preparing and winding raw material for the partial combination attached to the non-woven fabric; and cutting the combined material to locate the water-proof film on middle portion of the fabric.
