PURPOSE: A communication system using a wireless device and a method for the same are provided to improve reliability and stability of wireless communication by formatting an initial message units such as an ID(IDentification), a message, a status, and a relay sequence of a sender according to a frame format method. CONSTITUTION: The first wireless communication device(10) transmits a message unit. The message unit is formed with a preamble, an ID, a message content/status, a relay sequence, and the first relayer location marker. The wireless communication device(10) implants the ID and the message content/status before transmitting the message unit. The second wireless communication device(12) receives the message unit from the first wireless communication device(10) and monitors the ID according to the relay sequence of the message unit or transmits the remaining contents of the message unit. The third wireless communication device(13) copies and transmits the remaining contents of the message unit. The fourth wireless communication device(14) monitors the ID of the message unit and marks the first relayer location marker.
