摘要 PURPOSE: A laminar charging method for preventing formation of a mixed layer per radius directions in a bell-less top blast furnace is provided to secure air-permeability in cohesive zone by uniformly maintaining ore ratios per radius directions inside the furnace, and stably maintain conditions of the furnace with stable gas flow inside it. CONSTITUTION: The laminar charging method for preventing formation of a mixed layer per radius directions in a bell-less top blast furnace comprises a first step of automatically calculating an angle of a control valve for controlling ore flow rate according to the number of rotations and transmitting the calculated angle to a PLC at the top of a blast furnace; a second step of performing a feedback so that the deviation is compensated in the next charge in case that a deviation is generated by judging whether charging amounts of an indication part and per each notches is equal to the value calculated in the first step or not; a third step of automatically calculating an angle of a control valve for controlling ore flow rate according to the number of rotations and transmitting the calculated angle to the PLC at the top of the blast furnace; a fourth step of performing a feedback so that the deviation is compensated in the next charge in case that a deviation is generated by judging whether charging amounts of an indication part and per each notches is equal to the value calculated in the third step or not; a fifth step of automatically calculating an angle of a control valve for controlling ore flow rate according to the number of rotations and transmitting the calculated angle to the PLC at the top of the blast furnace; a sixth step of performing a feedback so that the deviation is compensated in the next charge in case that a deviation is generated by judging whether charging amounts of an indication part and per each notches is equal to the value calculated in the fifth step or not.
