PURPOSE: A system and a method for EC(Electric Commerce) capable of bargaining in real time are provided to bargain a desired article with a real time buyer according to a suitable price calculated by a program. CONSTITUTION: The system comprises a buyer computer consisting of a browser(101), an operating system(102), an Internet protocol(103), an interface(104), an input part(106), an output part(107) and a connector(105) connecting to the Internet, a management server consisting of a connector(111) connecting to the Internet, an interface(112), an operating system(113), an Internet protocol(114), a WWW(World Wide Web) server, a program part(116) capable of bargaining in real time, a database manager(115) and a database(118) storing the article information and the member information, and the Internet connecting to each other. The program part is realized by a Java program part irrespective of the operating system.
