MAGNETIC TYPE FILTER

摘要

PURPOSE: A magnetic type filter is provided, which can filter fine iron particle contained in waste liquid discharged from industries of automobile, ship, industrial machine, ironworks by forming uniform and high magnetic flux in filter cassette in an elevated efficiency. The cassette is filled with mixture of wound metal bar of soft magnetic material and magnetic part. CONSTITUTION: The filter comprises a cassette and a pulp filter(5). Water enter the filter(1) through an inlet(6) set at the bottom and the cassette that is filled with mixture of wound metal bar(3) of soft magnetic material and a magnet part(4), the metal bar(3) of soft magnetic material being coated with corrosion resistant NiP. Water further passes the pulp filter(5) that is set next to the cassette to be secondarily filtered and discharged through the discharge hole(7).
