METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING CARBONIZED FOOD COOKING VESSEL AND GRILL BY USING CHARCOAL

PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing carbonized food cooking vessel and grill is provided to improve the blood circulation and to obtain the detoxication function by radiating a far-infrared ray. CONSTITUTION: A white wood charcoal burned at the temperature of 1200°C is pulverized in fine particles of 100 to 120 meshes. The fine particles are primarily heated at the temperature of 2500°C. 80-90% of white wood charcoal is mixed with 10-20% of tree sap. Then, the mixed white wood charcoal is injected into a mold so as to form a grill. Debris created in the grill is removed. Then, the article is placed on a supporter and secondarily heated at the temperature of 3000°C for 72 hours. The heated article is retrieved from the supporter. Then, the article is cooled at the low temperature for 120 hours. A peripheral portion of the article is coated. Then, the article is again heated at the temperature of 400 to 420°C for 85 to 90 minutes.
