PURPOSE: A memory module is provided to prevent a signal attenuation due to a reduction of reflection noises by electrically connecting a plurality of PCBs(Printed Circuit Boards) to each other in series without a branch. CONSTITUTION: A flexible jumper assembly(30), made of a flexible film(31) and a jumper line(33) composed of a conductive material, is connected between PCBs(20a,20b). At this time, both ends of the jumper line(33) are contacted to jumper pads(23) on the PCBs(20a,20b). By fixing the jumper line(33) on the upper edge portions of the PCBs(20a,20b), the PCBs(20a,20b) are mechanically and electrically connected to each other in series. The flexible jumper assembly(30) has a capital 'U' shape and the PCBs(20a,20b) are fixed by using a post pin(29).
