PURPOSE: Provided are a laminate for interior design, which is excellent in fire-resistance and impact-resistance and capable of bending construction, and a method and an apparatus for producing the laminate. CONSTITUTION: The laminate for the interior design comprises polypropylene foam sheet(1), the upper and lower adhesive sheets(2)(2') formed on the upper and lower sides of the polypropylene foam sheet(1), and the upper and lower aluminum foil sheets(3)(3') formed on the upper and lower adhesive sheets(2)(2'). And the apparatus comprises a roll of polypropylene foam sheet(1), two rolls of the upper and lower adhesive sheets(2)(2'), two rolls of the upper and lower aluminum foil sheets(3)(3'), arranging rolls to arrange the wound sheets, a heat welding press to heat and weld the sheets passed through the arranging rolls, a hydraulic motor to operate the heat welding press, a roll for rearranging, and a cutter. The sheets are heated and welded at a temperature of 15-220deg.C for 15-25 seconds under the pressure of 2kg/sec.
