CONSTITUTION: A plasma treatment apparatus, which has an inductively coupled type of plasma generator 30, is equipped with temperature keeping means 21 and 22, which keep the temperature of the section facing a treatment chamber of the inductively coupled type of plasma generator part 30 at a prescribed temperature or higher.
