<p>A method of obtaining a solvate by drying a substance containing a solvent capable of forming the solvate, wherein the drying is conducted at a pressure regulated to a value which is not lower than the vapor pressure (P1) calculated from the relative humidity (H) at which the solvent is released from the solvate at the drying temperature and which is not higher than the saturated vapor pressure (Ps) of the solvent. Thus, a solvate containing a crystal solvent in a given molar ratio is obtained. The solvate is homogenous, has excellent handleability, and can be stably present. It can be efficiently obtained by the method.</p> |
