<p>A sustained-release preparation of 5-acetyl-4,6-dimethyl-2-[2-[4-(2-methoxyphenyl)piperazinyl]ethylamino]pyrimidine trihydrochloride having a release-control coating film comprising a water-insoluble polymer having no hydrophilic groups. The preparation has such a release pattern that drug release lasts over 20 hours or more. It can be adequately administered for therapy. The preparation itself is so stable that its release pattern does not change with pH and the preparation does not suffer deterioration, coloration, etc. with time.</p> |
