<p>The invention relates to wireless telecommunication technology and can be used for telecommunication networks based on a cellular wireless subscriber access. Said invention reduces the coast of building and developing a system and makes it possible to use one wave band for providing various services by various companies. A signal from a base station is transmitted to a subscriber by means of one or several oriented base transmitters. The subscriber's signals are received with the aid of grouped base receivers. The base receivers and transmitting cells are arranged inside a flying object. Range caverages (cells) are formed by positioning the flying objects in relation to the Earth's surface. Range sub-coverages corresponding to individual base transmitters inside the cell are formed for each position of the flying object by changing the arrangement and/or the power of the base transmitters inside the flying object.</p> |
