PURPOSE: A parking tower system is provided for parking the maximum number of cars in a small parking area and effective control of entrance and exit of cars by adoption of separate lifting of a car conveying device. Furthermore, the parking tower system eliminates a defect and a poor operation by improving a clutch even in the case that the contact between the car conveying device and a driving portion of a conveyor belt is irregular. CONSTITUTION: According to the parking tower system, the car entered in the lowermost compartment is lifted by the car conveying device which is using the separate driving device, wherein, the driving device can process a great many cars with dividing an entrance car and an exit car. The clutch for transmitting a power needed for driving the conveyor belt is made in a conical shape so to transmit a power with a small change of fixing position of the car conveying device. The conveyor belt consists of assembled an upper and lower elements and filling material like rubber or resin is filled the inside thereof so to increase a productivity.
