PURPOSE: A lottery advertisement operation system is provided to enable an advertiser to keep a real time check on a distribution state of an advertisement, to obtain responses of consumers or other marketing data via the advertisement, and to pay for the advertisement based on the advertisement effect. CONSTITUTION: The system comprises a service offering server(160), an affiliated store(130), an advertiser(140), and a bank server(170). The service offering server, including member service modules for consumers and advertisers and various databases, offers information on members and marketing to advertisers over the internet. The affiliated store(130), connected to the service offering server over the internet(160), has a card reader for collecting member information from a member card when the member purchases goods or enjoys a service. The advertiser(140) requests an advertisement of a specific goods on advertisement type lotteries to be distributed to the affiliated store(130). The bank server(170) transfers money, corresponding to information providing fee, from a bank account of the advertiser to a bank account of the server.
