PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid forced shutdown having the danger of data erasure or the like even when an operator is absent by automatically processing a message displayed by an application program(AP) under starting at the time of shutdown/ reboot of a system. SOLUTION: This system is provided with a fault detecting means 101 for detecting a generated fault and determining the kind of that fault, an operation storage part by fault kinds previously storing operation to be processed for each kind of fault, a dealing method storage part by messages previously storing operation to be processed for each kind of message to be sent when the AP ends processing, a fault kind storage part for recording the kind of a generated fault and operation to be processed therefor and an end processing module 110 for instructing shutdown to an operating system by performing end processing while referring to the dealing method storage part by messages concerning the AP under operating when the fault occurs. |
