The object of the present invention is to solve the problems that in the prior arts; that is, immaterial volume decrease of solid components included in highly concentrated organic waste and low-grade products generated from the primary fermentation without further fermentation. The object of the present invention is to reduce the solid components to less than 2% by the intensive enzymatic decomposition and to obtain high value added products through the primary and the secondary fermentation from standardized substrates above. The apparatus for treating organic waste comprises selector (1) removing non-organic materials such as metal, vinyl and glass; transport pipe (2); crusher (3); and pretreatment tank (5). |
