PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a DC voltage adjusting method for a loop circuit which can adjust a DC voltage in a short time without adding any extra component nor process. SOLUTION: The loop circuit 10 comprises an integrator 12 and another circuit 32. The integrator 12 includes an operational amplifier 14 and a CR circuit composed of capacitors 24 and 26 and a resistor 28 is connected between the inverted input terminal and output terminal of the operational amplifier 14. While the output terminals A and B of the CR circuit and operational amplifier 14 are made open, a voltage Vin inputted to the uninverted input terminal of the operational amplifier 14 is varied and the voltage Vout at the output terminal is measured and adjusted. Then, a lead terminal is connected to a land on a substrate connected to the points A and B to short-circuit between the points A and B.
