PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for easily setting up again a personal information within a radio mobile terminal used before when a new radio mobile terminal such as a portable telephone is started to be used. SOLUTION: An accumulation device 5 is accessed by a portable telephone 1 through a communication network 3. The personal information stored in a storage part in the personal telephone is accumulated in the accumulation device 5 through the communication network 3. If a user of the portable telephone 1 loses it, the accumulation device 5 is accessed by a newly purchased portable telephone 7 through the communication network 3. The personal information in the portable telephone 1 outputted from the accumulation device 5 is loaded on the storage part within the new portable telephone 7.
