<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide fire-retardant electronic part which are constituted to practically use the various features a polyvinylbenzyl ether compound originally has and, in addition, to secure high fire retardancy. SOLUTION: A multilayered substrate is constituted by laminating multiple substrates which are formed by mixing at least the polyvinylbenzyl ether compound with functional powder upon another. In the substrate, layers (substrates) 3a mixed with a fire retardant are laminated as at least the lowermost and uppermost layers. Between the layers 3a containing the fire retardant at high percentages, one or more layers 3b and 4b which contain the fire retardant at lower percentages than the layers 3a do or do not contain the fire retardant are laminated.</p> |
