PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrophotographic device in which a low temperature fixing toner useful for its energy saving can be recyclably used while a tank such as a toner hopper is eliminated to save the space. SOLUTION: The electrophotographic device having a toner recycling means is equipped with a P-sensor 16 which detects the sticking amount of the toner in a nonimage part on a photoreceptor 1. Thus when the sticking amount of the toner on the nonimage part of the photoreceptor 1 during an image forming operation exceeds the pre determined amount, the operation of the toner recycling means is stopped. |
