PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the overexposure of a main subject in a short distance at the time of photographing with strobe light. SOLUTION: The film unit with a lens is provided with a 1st diaphragm plate 37 and a 2nd diaphragm plate 41. The plate 37 is provided with a small diaphragm aperture 37a and the plate 41 is provided with a middle diaphragm aperture 41a. The plate 37 is turned in accordance with the luminance of the subject. The plate 41 is turned interlocked with the sliding operation of an operation member 15. In the case of performing the photographing with the strobe light when the luminance of the subject is low, the apertures 37a and 41a are retreated, so that photographing in a large diaphragm aperture state is performed. A stroboscopic device 27 is provided with an automatic stroboscopic circuit on its circuit board 60. A photodetector 65 receives strobe light reflected on the subject. The automatic stroboscopic circuit stops strobe light emission when the charge voltage of a current flowing from the photodetector 65 reaches reference voltage. Since the strobe light emission is stopped halfway, the overexposure of the main subject is prevented. |
