PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem raised by the conventional oral interpretation service that, when the service accepts arbitrary sentences, the service has a possibility of causing misunderstanding or mistranslation due to the limited capacity of a speech recognition system or machine translation system and, when the service only accepts fixed forms of sentences, the service hardly causes misunderstanding nor mistranslation, but the sentence a user wants to express is not registered in a server and, accordingly, the sentence is not able to be interpreted. SOLUTION: In order to solve the above-mentioned problem, a system in which the user can register examples of sentences of user wants to use before the user uses the oral interpretation service is provided. The registration of the examples of sentences can be made by using electronic mail or telephone speech in addition to WWW so that the registration may be made not only from an office, but also from its destination in travel, etc. |
