SOLUTION: When the steel is produced by applying an RH degassing treatment to the molten steel for components adjustment in an RH degassing treatment apparatus in a ladle after tapping off from a converter, a ladle slag after applying the RH degassing treatment is regulated to contain 0.4-7 mass% T. Fe concentration, <=9 mass% SiO2 concentration and to be the ratio of CaO/Al2 O3:1-2.</p> |
