PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coupling implement for a form panel, enabling the easy adjustment and correction of the front surface of the form panel with the stacking of the form panels and permitting operations for stacking the form panels to be efficiently conducted. SOLUTION: The front end surface of the lower inserting section 22d of a coupling plate 22 mounted so as to be swingable on the other side of a separator 23 whose one end side is fixed to a support angle (41) is made to abut on the backside of the form panel 1 for constructing a wall surface when the inserting section 22d is inserted and fitted from above into a hook 3 on the upper side of the lower form panel 1. When inserted from below into the hook 3 on the lower side of the upper form panel 1, the inserting section 22u of the coupling plate 22 is loosely fitted within the hook 3 so that a prescribed gap d can be formed between the front end surface of the inserting section 22u and the backside of the form panel 1.
