SOLUTION: This receiving girder 2 comprises a frame body arranged in the installation hole 120 provided on the road surface around the shaft casing 106. This receiving girder 2 has an upward surface part 4 with the covering plate 50 placed thereon and a downward surface part 6 in contact with a bottom surface of the installation hole. This receiving girder 2 is integrated in advance by welding, etc.
