The conical nozzle has an outlet diameter (3) less than its inlet diameter (2). The cleaning fluid jet, formed from a mixture of granular particles and water, has a conical truncated shape in which a part of the granular particles follow a conical helicoidal trajectory. The nozzle is formed from a hollow cone (4) comprising internal helicoidal partitions (5) which delimit, in the nozzle internal volume, helicoidal corridors of equal and constant width over all their path from the nozzle inlet to the nozzle outlet. A needle (10) is fixed in the nozzle inlet which amplifies the gyratory effect of the particles. Independent claims are included for a nozzle support and a cleaning machine.
