PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical disk having a visual water mark, capable of simultaneously recording a signal and a water mark. SOLUTION: This optical information recording medium includes recessed information pits 5 carrying information signals and projected inter-pit lands 6 alternately recorded in a row. A recess 7 shallower than a pit is provided in the inter-pit land 6. The recess is formed based on a signal having a random signal added to a water mark pattern. Thus, an optical disk having a visual mark is characterized in that the collection of recesses 7 represents a visible pattern. |
