SOLUTION: This system consists of a service contracting and mediating device that established the homepage on the Internet and a plurality of terminals provided with a means for accessing the homepage. The service contracting and mediating device receives a staff registration application from a terminal, registers a professional who has transmitted the application as a staff, also makes a professional service that can be offered by the professional to be a service that can be contracted or mediated by the service contracting and mediating device, transmits information about the service to the terminals to be read, receives an order for the service from the terminals and places the order in some one of the staff as a contract or mediation. |
