摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable repeatable, reproducible, positioning of a certain optical surface with another optical surface in an optical apparatus. SOLUTION: A plurality of magnets are arranged in an illumination prism carrier of a light transmission type refractometer and a plurality of corresponding magnets in a sample prism housing of the refractometer. The surface of a light outlet of an illumination prism is made to match a sample surface of the sample prism while the optical surface is energized evenly. The magnets are made to replace a mechanical energizer for positioning the optical surface and it is so functioned that a measuring optical path in a measuring device is reproduced thoroughly to improve the accuracy and the reproducibility of the device.
