PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an on-vehicle gateway capable of performing proper control according to the situation. SOLUTION: In an on-vehicle system on which a gateway is mounted, the response of the gateway is changed according to the traveling position of a vehicle. For example, while a vehicle is traveling on a general road, the transmission or reception of a portable telephone is made available by using a hands-free system, and while the vehicle is traveling on a speedway, the transmission or reception of the portable telephone is not made available in spite of using the hands-free system. |
