The remote unit is made as two half-shells (3,4) which assemble to house the remote control circuit (9) and a pin (16) around which the key (10) rotates between a retracted and an extended position. The pin carries a shaped plate with a spring (36) beneath, and can move axially between a rest position where the plate locks the key in the extended position, and a retracted position.
