PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic data providing system and an electronic data providing method with excellent operability and reliability by which purchase and re-acquisition of electronic data are easily performed. SOLUTION: The system and the method are provided with a library 11 to store and manage plural pieces of the electronic data and a net storage 20 to be individually allocated to plural users and which can be accessed by only one allocated user and includes a state to directly acquire the electronic data from the library 11 to a user terminal 40, a state to copy the electronic data from the library 11 to the net storage 20 and to acquire the data the user terminal 40 later and a state to create a link file of the electronic data of the library 11 in the net storage 20 and to acquire the latest piece of electronic data on the library 11 through the link file as acquisition state of the electronic data of the user. |
