PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electromagnetic pump using DC pulse current, and capable of obtaining sufficient capacity by a DC power source which is lower than a commercial power source. SOLUTION: A permanent magnet is mounted at a side opposite to the magnetic rod of an electromagnetic coil where the DC pulse current flows, and the repulsion from the permanent magnet is used as the moving energy of an electromagnetic plunger by the polarity produced on the electromagnetic plunger through the excitation of the electromagnetic coil.
