METHOD FOR HYDROCRACKING HEAVY HYDROCARBON RAW MATERIAL

The invention makes it possible to simplify the processing of heavy hydrocarbon raw material by means of an uncatalised method and to produce essentially a target light product. The inventive method consists in the following: hydrogen or a hydrogen gas is supplied to a reaction chamber in 20-30 mass % in relation to chemical reagents during a hydrocracking process. The gas pressure in the chamber is raised to 10 -30 MPa, the temperature being raised from 1300 to 1500 DEG K. The 70 80 mass % of processed raw material in relation to the chemical reagents is supplied to the chamber containing hot hydrogen and is mixed therewith, the obtained mixture is cracked during 2-12 msecs of the raw material-hydrogen contacting time. The reaction products are tempered by reducing the temperature and pressure during 5-10 msecs and transported in order to produce the target products. The tested inventive method makes it possible to obtain the following composition for the target products: light-end products (CH4, C2H4, C2H6, C3H6, C3H8, C4) 46.266 mass % in relation to the reaction products; gasoline (C5, C6, C7, C8, C9, C10, C11, C12)-34.096 mass %; diesel fuel (C13-C20) 17.248 mass % at a conversion of 98-99 %.
