PURPOSE: A vehicle hand brake is provided to smooth the applying or releasing an operation force of a parking lever according to a state of a seat next to a driver's seat, thereby preventing the unintended operation of the parking lever. CONSTITUTION: A vehicle hand brake includes a parking lever(10) formed with a through hole(14) at a rear part of an operation beginning point of a rod, and an actuator rod(41) to be driven by an actuator(40) to be inserted into the through hole according to an operation state of the seat next to the driver's seat, wherein when the seat is rotated, the operation force of the rod is restrained by the actuator rod not to release the parking lever and when the seat is in position, the rod is withdrawn out of the through hole for releasing the restraining force of the rod, thereby smoothly releasing the operation force of the parking lever.
