PURPOSE: Provided is a manufacture of roasted grain including the extracts of medicinal herbs, thereby preventing and treating various diseases, such as diabetes, osteoporosis and the like. CONSTITUTION: The manufacturing method comprises the steps of: grinding grains, fruits and the like and steaming them; drying-grinding the steamed ingredients and decocting them with prepared oriental medicines to obtain extract; boiling rice with the extract instead of water to obtain hard boiled rice; and completely drying the hard boiled rice in a drier then manufacturing a roasted grain powder in a flour mill. |
