PURPOSE: A method of fabricating an LCD device is provided to form a conductor film for preventing static electricity and electrically connecting wires before attaching a polarizer, so as to prevent a TFT(Thin Film Transistor) formed on a liquid crystal cell from being destroyed by static electricity generated while attaching the polarizer. CONSTITUTION: The first and the second substrate for an LCD device are manufactured(S100). The two substrates facing each other on liquid crystal cell areas are cut, to fabricate a liquid crystal cell(S200). A polarizer for attaching the liquid crystal cell is cleaned(S300). A conductor film for preventing static electricity is formed to electrically connect many wires on an upper part of the first substrate(S400). The polarizer is attached to an external side of the liquid crystal cell of the two substrates(S500). The conductor film is removed after completing the attachment of the polarizer(S600).
