摘要 PURPOSE: A device for measuring minimum ignition energy of dust is provided to improve reliability of measured data by keeping density of dust uniform. CONSTITUTION: A device(100) includes a frequency generator(101); an ultrasonic oscillator(102); a vibration transmitting device; a dust hopper(104); an electric discharger; and a dust ignition energy calculating device. The frequency generator generates ultrasonic frequency. The ultrasonic oscillator receives ultrasonic electric signal from the frequency generator to generate mechanical vibration. The dust hopper stores dust sample and drops dust with vibration transmitted by the vibration transmitting device. The electric discharger discharges dust falling from the dust hopper. The dust ignition energy calculating device measures voltage and current on a point when dust is ignited by discharge of the electric discharger and calculates minimum ignition energy of dust based on the measured voltage and current.
