PURPOSE: Provided is a separation method of calcium by treating oyster shell with organic acid, therefore the prepared calcium, calcium lactate, is used for the manufacture of foods or industrial products and the prevention of contamination. CONSTITUTION: The method for separating calcium is characterized by smelting oyster shell, to separate high purity calcium, by using high concentrate of organic acid with adding distilled water to control the concentrate of the organic acid to 70%, and heating them.
