The instant invention provides beta3 adrenergic receptor agonists of structural Formula (I), wherein Ar is pyridyl, oxazolyl, thiazolyl or phenyl; Rs is a S- or 6- membered heterocycle; X is a direct bond or oxygen; and Y is a direct bond, alkylene, OCH2, CH2O or oxygen; the stereoisomers and prodrugs thereof, and the pharmaceutically acceptable salts of the compounds, stereoisomers and prodrugs. The invention further provides intermediates useful in the preparation of the compounds of Formula (I), and combinations of the compounds of Formula (I), the stereoisomers and prodrugs thereof, and the pharmaceutically acceptable salts of the compounds, stereoisomers and prodrugs, with anti-obesity agents.
