A mixture for producing concrete consists of: (1) a binder such as cement; (2) additives such as sand; (3) gravel; and (4) concrete additives selected from mobile solvents and silicon particles. Preferred Features: A filler made from flyash or ground limestone is added to the mixture. The solid concrete contains: (1) 1000 kg sand or similar; (2) 600 kg gravel; (3) 380 kg cement or similar; (4) 80 kg filler; (5) 25 kg silicon particles; (6) 4 kg mobile solvent; and (7) 140 kg water.
