Meteor radio communication technique, characterized in that both the "hot" zones of meteor combustion region are being irradiated by directed VHF - radio radiation from both the points of radio path, when echo signals from the ionized trace of the burnt-out meteor appear, communication is established and information interchange is accomplished, wherein meteor combustion region is irradiated by radio radiation with circular and/or elliptic polarization. 2. Meteor radio communication technique, characterized in that the "hot" zones are irradiated under conditions of conical radiation, adequate to cross dimensions of the zones. 3. Meteor radio communication technique, characterized in that both the "hot" zones of meteor combustion region are being irradiated by directed VHF - radio radiation from both the points of radio path, when echo signals from the ionized trace of the burnt-out meteor appear, communication is established and information interchange is accomplished, wherein the solid angle of directed VHF - radio radiation is limited by longitudinal dimensions of "hot" zones. 4. Meteor radio communication system, consisting of at least two receiving-transmitting centers (RTC); each one includes a transmitter with transmitting antenna, a receiver with receiving antenna, a modulator, a demodulator, a coder, a decoder, a receiving storage device, a transmitting storage device, the controlling computer, a measuring instrument of radiophysical features of echo signal from meteor trace, characterized in that spiral antennas are used as an antenna. 5. Meteor radio communication system, consisting of at least two receiving-transmitting centers (RTC); each one includes a transmitter with transmitting antenna, a receiver with receiving antenna, a modulator, a demodulator, a coder, a decoder, a receiving storage device, a transmitting storage device, the controlling computer, a measuring instrument of radiophysical features of echo signal from meteor trace, characterized in that spiral antennas are used as an antenna convolution diameter more than half the wavelength, i.e. operating under conical transmission conditions. 6. Meteor radio communication system according to claim 5, characterized in that the spiral antennas are made so, that it is possible to vary convolution diameter, for that the antenna longitudinal rods are made to be telescopic and equipped with shortening-lengthening mechanisms. 7. Meteor radio communication system according to claim 5, chracterized in that to vary spiral convolution diameter the antennas are equipped with twisting-untwisting mechanisms. 8. Meteor radio communication system, consisting of at least two receiving-transmitting centers (RTC), each of them includes a transmitter with transmitting antenna, a receiver with receiving antenna, a modulator, a demodulator, a coder, a decoder, a receiving storage device, a transmitting storage device, the controlling computer, a measuring instrument of radiophysical features of echo signal from meteor trace, characterized in that at least two spiral antennas, spaced in vertical plane are used as each of antennas.
