PURPOSE: A plastic pulverizer is provided to ensure the easy repair work of the pulverizing blades, to freely adjust a distance between the blades, and to prevent the phenomenon of overload of a driving motor during the pulverization of plastics. CONSTITUTION: The plastic pulverizer is comprised of a base(110) designed to be easily transported; a support plate(112) fixed on the base by using a fastener; a lower body(120) rotatably coupled to the support plate about a hinge(122) so as to be opened and closed; an upper body(130) rotatably coupled to the support plate about a hinge(131) so as to be opened and closed in corresponding to the lower body; and a rotating blade(150) and a fixed blade(160) installed between the upper body and the lower body to pulverize plastics.
