PURPOSE: A stockholder leading type system for operating a purchase/sale of hospital products based on the internet and method for operating the purchase/sale of hospital products using the same are provided to enable the doctors and hospital supplies sales company to spontaneously construct a stable purchase/sale network by participating the doctors and hospital supplies sales company as a stockholder of web site. CONSTITUTION: The system includes a DB block(50) having a stockholder information management DB(21), a preparatory stockholder information management DB(52), a hospital supplies sales company stockholder information management DB(53), a hospital supplies information management DB(54) and a stock information management DB(56), a DB management server(20) selectively storing respective information in a proper DB and selectively extracting the data from the DB block, a hospital supplies purchase/sales management server(10) deciding the extraction and store of respective information and progressing a stockholder registration procedure and hospital supplies purchase/sales procedure for the corresponding client in case of occurring a web connection event from a client, and a communication server(60).
