A pharmaceutical composition according to Claim 6 wherein the compound or salt or solvate thereof has a purity of more than 90%. 8. A pharmaceutical composition according to Claim 6 wherein the compound or salt or solvate thereof has a purity of at least 95%. 9. A pharmaceutical composition according to Claim 6 wherein the compound or salt or solvate thereof has a purity of at least 97%. 10. A pharmaceutical composition according to Claim 6 wherein the compound or salt or solvate thereof has a purity of at least 99%.
