PURPOSE: A leveler is provided to prevent a defect of a processing product by preventing the distortion of a sheet member supplied to a press device. CONSTITUTION: The first compensation portion(40) is rotatively installed at a frame(30). The first compensation portion(40) is formed with the first lower rollers(41), the first support(42) formed at an upper portion of the first lower rollers(41), the first elevation member(43), and the first upper rollers(44) installed between the first lower rollers(41). The first compensation portion(40) corrects the distortion of a sheet member toward a predetermined direction. The second compensation portion(50) compensates the distortion of the sheet member to the longitudinal direction. The third compensation portion(60) compensates the distortion of the sheet member to the predetermined direction. The fourth compensation portion(70) compensates accurately the distortion of the sheet member.
