PURPOSE: A real time transaction operating method is provided to synthetically classify multimedia informations in relation with computers, to make a real time update of the multimedia informations, and to support a real time transaction via a mobile terminals. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises steps of a customer accessing a web site(S1), the customer passing a member authentication or subscribing for a service site by registering an ID and a password, the customer inputting a desired part and a price, the customer inputting a data receiving method, e.g. an SMS or a voice message, the customer searching for a desired part and a price, the customer making a conversation with a call center if the customer uses a VoIP, the customer checking a UMS(Unified Messaging System) and a WAP system, the customer receiving informations on the parts with the mobile terminal, e.g. a mobile phone or a PDA and then accessing a shopping mall over a wireless network(S34), the customer selecting desired computer parts(S35), the customer searching for sale conditions(S38), the customer inputting a purchase request in the mobile terminal(S39), then transmitting the purchase request to a server of the shopping mall(S40), the server classifying the purchase request transmitted by the customer(S41) and the server transmitting the purchase request to a corresponding seller(S42).
