PURPOSE: A structure for reinforcing an upper end of a steel pipe for foundation construction is provided to be simply inserted into the steel pipe, thus enabling the mass transportation of the steel pipe while reinforcing the steel pipe more stably. CONSTITUTION: The reinforcement structure for an upper end of a steel pipe, into which footing concrete is filled, comprises a disk(30), a circular ring(20) drilled with plural vertical iron rods insertion holes(40) through which plural vertical connection iron rods are fitted, and a wire rope for connecting the disk and the circular ring in a foldable condition. The diameter of the disk is larger than that of the circular ring, and ready mixed concrete is charged between the disk and the circular ring so as to maintain the close contact condition between the disk and the steel pipe while the reinforcement structure is inserted into the steel pipe.
