PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ozone water maker which produces ozone water of high ozone concentration by effectively using gaseous ozone. SOLUTION: Ozone mixed water is produced by blending and dissolving the gaseous ozone into water by an ejector 4, the produced ozone mixed water is sent out in an ozone water tank 5 via a joining passage 8 joining the ejector 4 and the ozone water tank 5 and the ozone water is produced by removing excess gaseous ozone from the ozone mixed water by gas-liquid separation in the ozone water tank 5. In this ozone water maker, an expanded passage part 10 is provided in the joining passage 8 joining the ejector 4 and the ozone water tank 5 and flow passage cross sectional area of the expanded passage part 10 is made to be larger than the flow passage cross sectional area of the joining passage 8. |
