PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the structure of a coating film which can develop the reformed state of a surface early and maintain the state for a long period. SOLUTION: The structure of the coating film includes a base material, a hydrophilic coating film layer, and a surface treating agent layer, the hydrophilic coating film layer contains a hydrophilicity improver of an oligomer or a cooligomer which is obtained by condensing two or more hydrolyzable organometallic compounds expressed by XbM(OR1)aR2c (wherein, a is an integer of 0-6; b is an integer of 0-5; c is an integer of 0-6; X is a 1-5,000C univalent organic group or H; M is a metal atom whose valence is at least 3; R1 is a 1,000 univalent organic group, a cyclohexane residue, or H; R2 is a 1-20C univalent organic group having a chelating function; each organic group can have O, N, F, and Cl) and an organic binder, and the surface treating agent layer consists substantially of a surface reforming agent of an oligomer or a cooligomer obtained by condensing two or more monomers of the organometallic compounds containing a functional group of the above formula.
